The  members of new Redmi Y of Xiaomi are Redmi Y1 and Redmi Y1 Life, and target the youth  of India as their audience.16 megapixel front camera along with LED selfie light is the main  feature of Redmi Y1. Its special feature is a 5 megapixel front camera and having a look of rebranded Redmi Note 5A  and all other features are similar to its sibling. Redmi Note 4,Mi MIX 2 and Mi Max 2 and  various other smartphones is being launched in the November ,along with phones Xiaomi also provide availability of MIUI 9 Global ROM by the end of the November.


 In India Xiaomi Redmi Y1 is available for Rs.9,000 along with 32GB  storage and 3GB RAM. The other phone of same category is available for Rs.11,000 having 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. As in Redmi Y1 Lite case there is no variant is available which has 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage and is available for Rs.6,500. At Amazon and Mi.com  both smartphones are available  from November 8,2017. These sets will be available  offline at various stores afterwards.

The main feature of Xiaomi Redmi Y1 is that it has 16 megapixel front camera as we mentioned above.For better selfies in low light condition it provides LED selfie light. The Beautify 3.0 feature is also available which help in beautify the selfie photos.On the rear panel it also have a fingerprint sensor.It will be available in two colors  which are Gold and Dark Grey color.


The Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has 5.5 inch HD display along with Corning Gorilla Glass ,having dual SIM service and is runs MIUI9 .It  has 3GB RAM and is powered by octa - core Snapdragon 435 SoC. 13 megapixel camera  with PDAF and dual LED flash featurs  are also in this handset.Its battery is 3080mAh battery . The internal storage of Xiaomi Redmi Y1 is 32GB which can be expanded through microSD card. 4G VoLTE the option provided for standard connectivity. 153 grams is its weight and 153*76.2*7.7 mm is is its dimensions.
