In the country's telecom sector, Reliance jio hiked its tariffs recently.News agency Reuters reported that jio's price remains low ,although they welcomed the hikes as a good initial signal of more pricing discipline ,as said by the Analysts.For incumbent players jio's announcement was a huge relief as there is a feeling that the worst of pricing is behind them. Satish  Betadpur ,director of research at William O'Neil & Co.said that my guess is that from now on,they will focus on quality of network to  attract more customers.


JIO Rs.19 PLAN

This plan offers 0.15 GB OF high speed data which is valid  only for a day.For all operators local,STD and roaming calls are free and unlimited. Only 20 SMSes are allowed.

JIO Rs.52 PLAN

After Diwali jio introduce a new plan of Rs.52 . According to jio's website   the  Rs.52 plan will have a validity of seven days and it offers unlimited calls  data during  the validity period.Under jio's offer of Rs.52 all local,STD and roaming calls are free .Having daily limit of 0.15 GB it provides 1.05 GB data  according to jio's website jio.com. The internet speed will be reduced to 64 Kbps once the customer  has exhaust the 1.05 GB high speed data during the validity period.70 SMSes can be capped for the validity of seven days.

JIO Rs.98 PLAN

This plan is valid for only for 14 days.Similar to other jio plans this plan also offers free local,STD and roaming calls  free of charge. It has a limit upto 2.1 GB and the per day limit is 0.15 GB according to jio website .  Once 2.1 GB will exhaust the data speed will be reduced to 64 Kbps .In this plan only 140 SMSes are allowed .

 JIO Rs.149 PLAN

This plan has a validity of 28 days.All  local ,STD calls are free of charge  and is unlimited.The daily limit is 0.15 GB for data with the high speed of 4.2 GB . Once 4.2 GB will exhaust the data speed will be reduced to 64 kbps .  300 SMSes are  allowed during the validity period.
