The benefits  which are provided by Jio’s pack of Rs. 398 the similar benefits are also offered by the  Airtel at Rs.399  pack. Airtel offers 1GB 3G/4G data per day, unlimited voice calls –local, STD and roaming and 100 SMSes per day for 70 days. 70 days is the validity period for this pack . 1.5 GB high speed 4G data per day, unlimited voice calls on all networks, 100 SMSes per day, subscription to jio apps are offered by the Jio. Validity period is same as that of Airtel i.e. 70 days.


The validity period is 28 days 1GB 3G/4G is provided by the Airtel in the pack of Rs.399 prepaid pack previously.  Recently it has been replaced with pack of Rs. 448 which offers a validity of 82 days instead of 70 days. Recently there is also a pack of Rs. 509 is refreshed which also offers same benefits and the validity period is 91 days.
In Indian telecom scene during previous few months Airtel has launched a competitive offer to take on jio’s  onslaughts on tariffs rates .To compete with jio at the same rate Airtel had also announced a pack of Rs. 199. 100 SMSes per day and unlimited calls are offered in both the packs, although 1.2 GB 4G data per day is provided by jio’s pack of Rs. 199 while 1GB 3G/4G data per day is provided by the Airtel.


Recently Airtel released a pack of Rs. 93 which offers unlimited voice calls to all networks, 100 SMSes per day and 1GB 3G/4G data in total for a validity period of 10 days. The same benefits has been provided in jio’s pack of Rs. 98  ,albeit with the limit of 140 SMSes and the validity period is extended to 14 days.
